A LITTLE HISTORY

In 2010, by chance, Judy and I attended an international bakery fest where we were embarrassed to see America represented by a "junk-food-brand" chocolate chip cookie.

Seeing as a high percentage of chocolate chip cookie are packed in lunches and loaded into cookie jars We were embarrassed.

THE BUS THAT STARTED IT ALL

Sounds crazy but we sold our house on the ocean, moved into our bus and purchased a huge oven to develop what we call "the mommy's chocolate chip cookie. "
