What are the allergens?

A

Bart & Judy’s does not employ commercial, general purpose “gluten-free” flour. The reason our cookies have such a delightful taste and smooth texture is that we “house-blend” our own flour, consisting of potato starch, potato flour and specially milled rice flour. We operate a “mixed facility” and produce monthly, gluten-free runs. Prior to a gluten-free run, all materials containing gluten are removed from our production floor. Our mixers, oven and packaging equipment is washed, sanitized and then swab tested. A random sampling from each run is sent to an independent testing laboratory for analysis prior to shipping.
